Welcome to Zeus’s Landing, your peaceful 4-season lakeside retreat on beautiful Sibley Pond. Nestled on the water's edge, our cottage was lovingly restored and completely remodeled in 2024 to offer modern comforts while retaining its authentic Maine cabin charm.
Step inside to an open-concept living room and kitchen, filled with beautiful natural light and gorgeous lake views. Unwind on the comfortable sofa to stream your favorites on the 55-inch TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu) or stay connected with high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi.

Bedrooms and Workspace
✔The cottage comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The main floor has one queen bedroom. Upstairs features two spacious rooms with king beds, a cozy reading nook, and a dedicated work desk for remote work needs.

✔The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, a stove with an air fryer, a microwave, and a fridge with a filtered water dispenser. Enjoy coffee from the Ninja coffee maker or tea using the Stagg Kettle. A full dish set and spices are provided.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 1000 sqft cottage, the private beachfront, and the dock.
Self-check-in is simple and convenient using the SmartLock on the front door, allowing you to arrive at your leisure.
We host remotely to ensure you have complete privacy during your stay.
However, we are always available via the app to answer any questions, offer recommendations, or address any issues that may arise.
An electronic guest guide with our local favorites and property information will be sent to you after you book.

For the safety of our guests and property, a Ring camera is located at the exterior entrance, facing away from the cottage.
Hot Tub
In the rare event the hot tub is unavailable for any reason during your stay, you will be refunded up to $20 for each day it is out of service. By booking this property, you agree to these terms,
Lakeside Living
While we strive to keep the cabin spotless, you're in central Maine, where even our best efforts can't keep every curious critter away. You may spot an insect or two indoors. Consider them your cabin companions.
Our water is from a well and is high in calcium, which can give it a mineral taste. It is safe to drink, and we provide a water filter in the fridge, but you may prefer to bring bottled water for drinking.
We are in a quiet lakeside community. There are 4 homes on the road and we do have neighbors.
Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher.
Water Safety: Maine requires that every person on board a watercraft, including kayaks and canoes, has a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket that is properly fitted and in good condition.
While the law requires children under 10 to wear them at all times, we strongly encourage everyone to wear their life jacket whenever they are on the lake.
Maine’s waters can be deceptively cold, and even the strongest swimmers can be caught off guard. We’ve provided an assortment of life jackets for your use. Please ensure you select the correct size. Let’s keep your lake memories safe ones!
Our dock is seasonal depending upon timing of year.
In Maine, winter isn’t just a season—it’s an adventure! To navigate our snowy roads like a true Mainer, we highly recommend an all-wheel drive vehicle during the winter and spring months as our home is on a dirt road.
We cannot predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!).
One last thing! Travel insurance is a low-cost way to help protect you from any trip losses should you need to change your plans (family emergency, illness, weather e.g. hurricanes or blizzards, etc.). Without it, you risk losing all rental fees if you cancel outside of your reservation’s cancellation period and policy.
