This cozy, fully furnished duplex offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with one bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a dining area. The private bedroom features a plush queen bed, and the living room includes a large flat-screen Smart TV.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, and coffee maker, plus complimentary coffee and essentials.
Outside, enjoy a spacious, fully fenced yard with table seating—perfect for relaxing with your dog! The entrance is through a charming covered front porch.
Please note: the other side of the duplex is also rented, so we kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum throughout your stay.
Private Parking: A dedicated driveway is available in front and to the right side of the duplex. The duplex is equipped with a smart keypad, and you will be assigned a unique 4-digit code to use during your entire stay. Enter via your private entrance in front of the house labeled Side B.

- This is a duplex, which is a house with two separate living spaces (like a condo). You will have your own private entrance and your own private, fully-fenced backyard.
- "Side A" of the duplex is also rented out to short-term guests. We require that noise is kept to a minimum during your entire stay to avoid disturbing your neighbors. Please do not play loud music, or leave a barky dog alone in the house or yard for extended periods of time, especially at night. We can recommend a local doggy daycare if needed!
- We have a number of other houses located close by, in case you need multiple houses. Let us know!
- Lawn maintenance might happen during your stay, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.
- Early check-in and late checkout fee: $20/hour. Please note, early check-in / late checkout can only be granted if we don't have another guest checking in/out the same day. We can confirm availability one day in advance.
- If you absolutely need early check-in or late checkout, please book an extra day to account for that.
