Our century home is located on a quiet street, walking distance to Picton's shops, cafes and restaurants. This 3 bedroom home retains its original charm, and features modern updates, including a fully equipped kitchen. In summer, enjoy our deck, gazebo and salt water pool. We are a short drive away from wineries and beaches. Our listing was updated due to a partial ownership change, previous reviews are in the photos! One Sandbanks Provincial Park pass is included for use during your stay. Day use during the week must be 'reserved' ahead of time and that can be done on the Ontario Parks website.
Maple House has been listed on Airbnb since 2018 when it was bought by the current owner (Amanda) with a co-owner who has since opted to be bought out (Deborah). This year we are switching the ownership of the Airbnb listing from Deborah to Amanda. Since Airbnb does not allow for a transfer of a ownership of a listing, Airbnb is treating this as a new listing.
If you have stayed with us before please be assured that the house remains with the same owner and contents and that the property manager (Ashley) is the same as in 2021.

The house is self check-in. We will not intrude on your privacy, but are always available if you need anything.
The house is on a quiet street, within minutes walking distance of Picton's Main Street, with the Regent Theatre, the Royal Hotel and all of its many excellent restaurants and stores.
Coffee info: We have a Nespresso machine that takes original size capsules, a filter drip machine and a french press. We provide a few Nespresso machines to get you started but there may not be enough for a longer stay so please bring your own if you like. Coffee grinds are not provided.
