Private: garden (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 100 - 100 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, air conditioning. Parking on the premises, public parking on the road. Bus stop "Las Crucitas" 19 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
