Nestled in a delightfully peaceful plot of 50,000 square metres, this authentic Finca farmhouse is perfect to spend a dreamy, laid-back vacation away from the city and in the company of loved ones. Outside, the holiday house offers a massive private pool area with sun loungers to splash about or relax under the splendid summer sun. A big terrace is available right in front of the house for enjoying classic family fun whilst dining or barbecuing in the open. At the foot of the house is a lovely children’s playground with a swing, sandpit and slide, so the adults can holiday without worries knowing that their little ones are also doing their favourite things. Lovers of farm life and eco-living will also find something to delight them as the retreat has a living farm and is powered with solar panels.
Inside, the 4-bedroom house is split into two levels and easily hosts up to 8 guests. It has a very spacious and elegant kitchen with a cosy fireplace and a big dining table to seat everyone comfortably. All essential utilities, including a Moka coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and wood-burning stove make this kitchen a haven for home cooks. The house also has a characteristic living room with ample seating space, a wall-mounted SAT-TV and direct access to the terrace, which further adds to the overall relaxing vibe of this family-friendly holiday escape.

During the summer, the owners ensure daily cleaning of the pool and garden area without any disturbance to the guests.

The holiday home is located in the extremely tranquil municipality of Llucmajor. In the suburban Llocmajor, guests can visit the notable attractions of the town, which include the town hall, Church of Saint Miquel, Memorial for James III, as well as the memorial for shoemakers.
From the rental’s location, Palma’s coast is about a 15-minute drive. Here, guests can enjoy the famed sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean as well as a wide selection of restaurants and discos, perfect for soaking up the legendary nightlife of the Balearic Islands. Meanwhile, for golfers, Golf Mallorca is a convenient 12-minute car ride from here. The historic and charming city centre of Palma itself is just a 20-minute drive away and is home to the beautiful and multi-layered architecture of Seu Cathedral, Arab Baths, Spanish Plaza, and the stunning Almudaina Palace and more.
