Additionally, we kindly ask that you keep the noise level low after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Key handover in person: The keys are handed over in person and it is essential to arrange a specific time for this. Once the time has been agreed, we offer a courtesy margin of up to 30 minutes; in the event of delay or arrival out of hours, an additional cost may be requested to cover staff expenses. This additional fee must be paid in cash to the person handing over the keys. Mandatory Online Check-In: To access the property, it is necessary to complete an online check-in process. You will receive the instructions before your arrival, and completing this process is mandatory. Access to the property will not be granted without completing the online check-in. Pets under 10kg are allowed on request at an extra cost, please consult our team. Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be the guest's responsibility, and we expect it to be handled promptly and honestly. Respect for Staff: We greatly value our customer service team and do not tolerate any verbal abuse. In case of such an incident, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
