Our apartment is located in Costa Adeje. It has a private terrace and two rooms with access to the terrace. It has a rest area, table for 6 people, barbecue and private jacuzzi. The main bedroom is a suite with a king size bed and a full bathroom connected to the second bedroom with a double bed. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to the terrace. It is located very close to Playa del Duque and shopping centers.

Our apartment is located in Costa Adeje, it has a 90m2 private terrace with artificial grass and has a rest area, table for 6 people, barbecue and private Jacuzzi. The main bedroom is a suite with a king size bed, full bathroom and Smart Tv, connected to the second bedroom with a double bed and both with access to the wonderful terrace. It has a spacious living room with two sofas, one of them a sofa bed, a 50-inch Smart Tv and a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, oven, fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. Both the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace. It has a private parking space.
It is located very close (10 minutes on foot) to Playa del Duque, two large shopping centers, supermarkets, various restaurants and 5 hotels. Nearby is also the taxi rank.
A perfect location to combine rest, beach and shopping!
The apartment has Wi-Fi. The complex has a community pool (one large and one for children) on the roof of the building.

    Cockroches, and lizards in the apartment. Jacuzzi didnt work. I was left on seen by the host. Told me there was internal parta failing and he would fix it but never did. Good location and loveoy garden. Pity about the insects.

    Thanks for being so helpful with arrangements. I think the apartment is very well managed there were just a couple of items related to the layout which didn’t quite suit our family.

    The apartment is situated in a great location near Playa El Duque and nice shops and restaurants. The property was very clean, everything in working order and the agents were a pleasure to deal with. It was nice to have the outdoor space with a variety of comfortable seating options. It wasn’t obvious to me that the access to the master bedroom was via the other bedroom which isn’t ideal. Also there is quite a long route from the building entrance to the apartment which can feel a little isolated after dark.

    Crazy shouting lady above the apartment. She yelled all day every day, and made our stay miserable. Really don't recommend the apartment for parents with children because of the neighbor. Every time they cried she would yell and copy them. We ended up calling the police, that eventually came and talked to her. Not possible to have running water in two places at once. Nevertheless the agency were helpful and tried their best to find a solution to the problem with the neighbor.

    Horrible dirty apartment. Plug switches hanging off the walls. Kitchen sink filthy with hair and dust. Hot tub empty and grubby. You need 2 lifts and abit of a walk to excess the apartment. Noisy shouting neighbour lady shouting at night. The whole place needs updating and new images as very misleading.

    Muy bien ubicado! genial si vas a pasar unas vacaciones en familia o amigos, es bastante grande y Luis quien nos entregó las llaves del lugar es muy atentó y amable!! Sin duda repetiría con los ojos cerrados. Muchas gracias por todo ??
