    Buen piso, grande y luminoso y buena ubicación, con lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia aunque algo básico de más para el precio que tenía. La agencia lo gestiona bien y está siempre atento lo cual se agradece. La llegada por código es cómoda y funciona muy bien

    Lovely apartment close to everything in Santa Cruz de Teneriffe. Large enough for groups of 4+. Kitchen has everything needed even for longer stays.

    La casa no está mal, el alojamiento es gestionado por una empresa de renta, que todo lo hace con IA. Dificil zona para aparcar alojamiento aceptable.

    Im Allgemeinen waren wir zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und sie sah wie beschrieben aus. Lage: + Sehr nah am Zentrum; alles sehr gut zu Fuẞ zu erreichen, Supermärkte und Restaurants gleich um die Ecke. - Parkplätze sind in der Nähe fast unmöglich zu finden. Wir mussten 6/7 Tagen in der Tiefgarage stehen (400m Weg, 15€/Tag) - Man hört über die Nacht hinweg die Autos auf den Straßen und hintern Haus auch eine riesige sehr laute Baustelle, die uns täglich um 8 geweckt hat. Ausstattung: + Es ist alles da was man braucht: Besteck, Geschirr usw für 6 Leute // Staubsauger, Besen // Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine - Die Möblierung ist aber nicht wirklich für 6 ausgelegt. Aufs Sofa passen 3 Leute und es gibt nur 4 (nicht sonderlich bequeme) Stühle am Esstisch. Bei Ankunft war alles ausgestattet aber quasi nur für 1-2 Tage: es gab nur 2 Rollen Klopapier, keine Wechselmülltüten, 1 Spülmaschinentab usw. Die Unterkunft ist schön und nett aber nicht sonderlich gemütlich für längere Aufenthalte.
