  We have already advised you of what didn't go well. I hope you can sort out that electronic lock. Or just provide and inform people about the proper key from the start.

  The house and its location were delightful. However, arrival was awful. The surrounding streets were closed to cars for an event - we received no notice. The police escorted us to the accommodation, but the electronic keypad lock would not open. We and the police failed to open it. Eden rentals were responsive but the offered advice made little difference - only luck eventually opened the door (repeated trying). This happened every time we tried to enter the house. It took multiple attempts (up to 20 on one occasion) to unlock the door each time. Someone will end up locked out completely if they don't fix it. It's also extremely stressful being locked out for minutes at a time, especially at night. My wife was very glad she was not there as a lone female because she would not feel safe at all. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone travelling alone or for whom safety is a key concern. Only after 4 days did Eden Rentals advise us of an alternative key to open the door.

  Fantastic property and thank you for your quick responses and information

  Great location for exploring San Cristóbal, walkable to shops, supermarkets etc. Spacious property with ample wardrobe space, relaxing living room and kitchen/diner. Parking is a real bonus, we had a Ford Kuga and whilst as others have mentioned the car park area is tight, we managed fine.

  Very stylish and huge apartment with a mixture of historic interior and modern furniture. Perfect location in the vibrant and beautiful historic neighbourhood. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets nearby. Professional communication with detailed check-in instructions and local recommendations. It's situated in a residential one way street but if you are sensitive to noise you will hear some light traffic in the morning. Definitely recommended!

  Thank you, we had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

  We loved our stay and hope to come back in the future. The home is beautiful and so is the surrounding area. Unfortunately we got a rental car that was too big for the provided parking spot but there is a public parking lot at walking distance that worked out well for us.

  thanks! we had a great stay!

  we had a great time, there are lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. the house is lovely, spacious and comfortable. we didn't use the bikes available to borrow but would have done if we'd had more time. we enjoyed the games in the apartment.
