    La casa si trova in una posizione tranquilla e strategica per raggiungere i principali punti d’interesse in 15/20 minuti. L’alloggio è al piano terra e gode di un’ampia terrazza. All’esterno il parcheggio è sempre assicurato sotto casa. La piscina in cima all’edificio forse è l’unica piccola nota dolente, non è delle migliori. In conclusione, se si è muniti di auto per girare l’isola, la casa è un valido compromesso per stare tranquilli ed allo stesso tempo essere vicini a tutto.

    appartement dans un environnement il faut le souligner très calme , proche des commerces et restaurants a pied et bien situé . le logement est grand , suffisant pour 4 personnes . la piscine est bien avec une belle vue sur le toit de l'immeuble mais forcement moins pratique qu'une piscine a vue pour les enfants . bien équipé avec des équipements fonctionnels . l'accès a l'immeuble est compliqué , la serrure du portail extérieur est difficile au point parfois d'escalader le muret , la literie est dure et il manque d'alèse sur les matelas . les photos reflètent bien les prestations mais l'immeuble vieilli beaucoup , souffre de la piscine sur le toit et probablement du sable et du sel , nombreuses cloques et fissures le service EDEN rentals est pour le coup très réactif au cas ou ! globalement satisfait ......un très bon rapport qualité prix !

    merci pour ce séjour :) le logement était parfait pour notre famille (notamment l'espace extérieur pour nos deux enfants !). Le logement est assez spacieux et nous avons apprécié la vue de la terrasse du haut de l'immeuble) splendide !

    Alloggio ampio e molto confortevole. Notevole il grande terrazzo che regala relax in privato.
