    The restaurant in the video has permanently closed (Alcontrario). The walkway is dark and shrubbery overgrown. It would help if the videos were available beforehand and only the key box code delayed until the handover day. The apartment has many more faults than in the review. Some of them serious. I have photos [email protected]. Safety, security and comfort are compromised by bad maintenance and clutter. I don't think this apartment is suitable to be let in it's current condition, certainly not in this price bracket.

    I wouldn’t rent this apartment or through Acorn Agency again. First shower left me ankle deep in water. I unblocked the drain later that day The bathroom fan isn’t working. The exit is blocked with a plastic bag, the front held on by Sellotape. Smells from the toilet get trapped at the back of the flat. The lighting in the kitchen area is extremely poor. Both cooker hood lights were blown. I replaced them. The hood filter was yellow with grease. The hob has only two rings. The kitchen bin lid used to be foot operated, but that was long ago. The apartment is filled with locked, dark wood furniture of little use to a tenant. The TV is tiny for the room The sliding glass doors have no decals on them. I walked into them. Luckily nothing was broken. The balcony gets no sun morning or evening (February). The light serving it it is broken and contains water. Accessing the apartment was complex. Some residents helped me saying “you must have rented from Acorn Agency" we helped last week.

    Replacement of the sofas, better furnitures on the balcony and bigger TV screen would be required

    Some furnitures and expecialy the sofas have reached the expiry date... The owner should invest a bit to replace them. Although I didn't use the TV, the size of the screen (18 inch) doesn't match with the size of the living room.

    Primero que nada una atención impecable, Miriam fue muy amable en todo momento e intentó solucionarnos las cosas de manera inmediata por lo que en ese sentido extremadamente contentos. Respecto al apartamento hay que decir que no es accesible para una persona en silla de ruedas se pueda mover sola, debido a un escalón que hay y al tamaño de los ascensores (no se especifica que sea adaptado por lo que no es fallo de ellos, simplemente es un apunte para las personas que tengan pensado ir si tienen silla de ruedas ancha o no tienen a alguien que les ayude a subir la silla en un escalón, no muy alto). En cuanto a la limpieza del apartamento nosotros íbamos con una persona con problemas respiratorios por lo que quizás no era suficiente la ventilación del apartamento porque solo tenía un ventanal. La limpieza es buena pero quizás el ambiente nos lo encontramos un poco cargado cuando ingresamos por primera vez. En general es un buen apartamento y con una atención muy buena.
