Before making your reservation, please take into account the following rules to ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay:
No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Additionally, we kindly ask that you keep the noise level low after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Self Check-In: This property offers self check-in. It is crucial that you carefully read the instructions that will be sent to you after completing the online check-in. These instructions include important details on how to access the property. Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive the necessary codes to enter the property. Please note that if you arrive after 8:00 PM, customer support will not be available, so it is very important to review all instructions thoroughly .
Animals are not allowed
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. In case of violation, a penalty of 150 euros will be applied to cover the costs of additional cleaning required to remove odors and repair any damage caused.
Mandatory Online Check-In: To access the property, it is necessary to complete an online check-in process. You will receive the instructions before your arrival, and completing this process is mandatory. Access to the property will not be granted without completing the online check-in.
Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be the guest's responsibility, and we expect it to be handled promptly and honestly.
Respect for Staff: We greatly value our customer service team and do not tolerate any verbal abuse. In case of such an incident, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Tabaiba is a quiet coastal town in the municipality of El Rosario, on the island of Tenerife, Canary Islands. Although it is a small community, it offers a range of activities and places of interest for you to enjoy. Here are some suggestions of what to do in Tabaiba:
1. Enjoy Tabaiba Beach.
Playa de Tabaiba: A dark sandy beach with crystal clear waters, perfect for relaxing and swimming. It is not very crowded, which makes it ideal for those looking for peace and quiet.
Natural Pools: Next to the beach there are some natural pools where you can enjoy a swim in the ocean in safe conditions, especially if you prefer calmer waters.
2. Snorkelling or Scuba Diving
Pecio El Peñón: Off the coast of Tabaiba is one of the best places to dive in Tenerife, the ‘Pecio El Peñón’, a sunken ship that has become an iconic dive site. It is full of marine life, such as fish and octopus.
If you are a snorkelling enthusiast, it is also an excellent place due to the clear waters and the marine diversity you can observe close to the coast.
3. Hiking
Tabaiba is a good starting point for hiking trails. From the village you can hike up nearby hills that offer breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the entire coastline. The ‘Camino Viejo de Candelaria’ trail passes close to Tabaiba, a historical route that once connected Santa Cruz de Tenerife with Candelaria, ideal if you want to do a long hike.

Radazul: Just a few minutes' drive away, Radazul is a nearby seaside resort with more beaches, a marina, and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh seafood.
Candelaria: About 15 minutes drive away, you can visit the Basilica de Nuestra Señora de Candelaria, the main Marian shrine of the Canary Islands, which houses the statue of the Virgin of Candelaria, patron saint of the archipelago.
