Before making your reservation, please take into account the following rules to ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay:
No Parties or Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property. Additionally, we kindly ask that you keep the noise level low after 9:00 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors.
Self Check-In: This property offers self check-in. It is crucial that you carefully read the instructions that will be sent to you after completing the online check-in. These instructions include important details on how to access the property. Once you have completed the online check-in, you will receive the necessary codes to enter the property. Please note that if you arrive after 8:00 PM, customer support will not be available, so it is very important to review all instructions thoroughly ahead of time.
No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. In case of violation, a penalty of 150 euros will be applied to cover the costs of additional cleaning required to remove odors and repair any damage caused.
Animals are not allowed
Mandatory Online Check-In: To access the property, it is necessary to complete an online check-in process. You will receive the instructions before your arrival, and completing this process is mandatory. Access to the property will not be granted without completing the online check-in.
Responsibility for Damages: Any damage caused to the property will be the guest's responsibility, and we expect it to be handled promptly and honestly.
Respect for Staff: We greatly value our customer service team and do not tolerate any verbal abuse. In case of such an incident, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
