This 6-acre property provides excellent privacy. The upper deck features generous seating, outdoor dining, and a BBQ. The lower screened porch offers additional seating, ideal for enjoying the outdoors on buggy nights. A spacious dock extends over the water, perfect for lounging in the sun, casting a line for great fishing, or tying up your own boat. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit at the water’s edge to complete the experience.
The cottage is designed with families in mind. Upstairs, you’ll find three comfortable bedrooms suited for adults—ideal for extended family or multiple couples. Downstairs, two kid-friendly bedrooms with bunk beds create the perfect space for little ones to have their own retreat.
A tucked-away workspace on the lower level and reliable WiFi make it easy to catch up on work while still enjoying your holiday.
Fresh bedding and bath towels are provided for your stay. For days at the water, you’ll also find a set of beach towels conveniently located by the walkout to the lower porch.
Guests have access to the full cottage, dock toys, including canoe, 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. Access to the shed by the water which is full of life jackets, swim noodles and fishing rods.
Shed in the back of the cottage is not accessible as is used for owner storage.

The water at the end of the dock is deep — perfect for swimming and jumping in from the high platform on the swim raft. Life jackets and flotation devices are provided. Please enjoy the lake safely.
For your morning coffee, the cottage is equipped with both a French press and a pour-over setup. Simply boil water in the kettle and add about 5 scoops of your favorite coffee to either method.
A water filtration system ensures the tap water is safe to drink. For added convenience, the kitchen also has a water cooler that takes 18L bottles.
If you bring your own boat, it can be launched at Otter Lake Marina, which is a 7 minute boat ride down the "long arm" of the lake, to the cottage.
