About this property

Bring the whole family and make this your home away from home. This townhome is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. From washer and dryer, to a kitchen with everything needed to cook your meals. Parking is right in front of the townhome and the outdoor space can be used to relax and enjoy some quiet time. We are also roughly 30 minutes away from Universal and 40 from Disney for your park adventures!!
Two bedrooms are included in stay, garage and third bedroom locked because these are not included and should remain locked during the stay. Guests will have the entire place for themselves during their stay.
NOTE For guest safety and property protection, we may request ID verification and may collect either a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver fee prior to arrival (platform rules permitting).

Important information

Check out is simple: 1. Please put all trash in trashcans. (Do not over fill the trashcan. If it gets full, pull the bag from the can tie it off and place it to the side of the can.) 2. Leave furniture where you found it. 3. Place used sheets on the washing machine. 4. Used towels can be left in the tub or shower. 5. A/C should be left in Auto at all times and minimum 65 degrees. Guests failing to follow the check out rules will incur additional cleaning fees. Destroying or permanently staining sheets will incur an additional $35 linen fee.
