Digital Guide: Before your arrival, you will receive a digital guide that outlines everything you need to know about our home, local amenities, and helpful tips for a seamless stay. A printed version will also be available at the property for your convenience.
Check-In Details: You’ll receive a detailed guide with instructions for a smooth check-in and checkout process. Your designated access code will be sent to you by noon on the day of your arrival.
Contact Information: In your guide, you’ll find the best ways to reach a member of our team for immediate assistance. The after-hours emergency number will also be provided in the guide and posted at the property.

PET POLICY:
-Pets must be potty trained, under 25 pounds, and current on all vaccinations.
-Pets cannot be left unattended in the home unless secured in a kennel.
-If pets are left unattended in the home outside of a kennel, it may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without refund.
-Pets must be leashed at all times when outside in the community.
-No excessive barking or noise is allowed.
-Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste on the exterior of the property.
-Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning fees or damages caused by pet hair, accidents on floors or furniture, or any other damage.
-A daily pet fee of $35 per pet applies.

Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable experience in our home. To ensure everyone’s comfort and respect for the property, please review the following House Rules. Please note: the property will be having construction on the outside wall until Mid-July so please excuse the sound associated with this
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Violations: A first violation will result in a warning. A second violation will result in the termination of your stay, with the loss of all rents paid, and any community fines incurred will be charged to you.
- No Parties or Events
If you are found hosting a party, you will be asked to leave the property immediately, with no refund of rents paid, and any community fines will be your responsibility.
Only the guests listed on your reservation are permitted to stay at the property.
Smoking, including vape pens, marijuana, cigarettes, and other inhalation devices, is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property.
Violations of this rule are considered a breach of the rental agreement, and immediate damages will be charged, with potential early termination of the lease and loss of all rents paid.
We welcome pets with the following guidelines to ensure the comfort of all guests and the care of the property:- Pet Fee: There is an additional daily pet cleaning fee of $25 per pet per night, which helps cover the cost of routine cleaning. This fee does not include any damages caused by the pet.
- Pet Approval and Weight Limit: Only one pet up to 25 pounds is permitted, and prior approval is required.
- Potty Trained Pets Only: Pets must be fully potty trained. Owners acknowledge and confirm this requirement before bringing their pet into the home.
- The outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day and may be closed due to inclement weather, scheduled, or unscheduled maintenance. Availability is based on community rules and schedules, and use is not guaranteed at all times. We will communicate any updates we have at check-in.
Please follow all pool rules posted at the pool and in your welcome book. Bringing glass into the pool area will result in a fine.
An indoor pool and hot tub are available for year-round use. These amenities are subject to community rules and may be temporarily closed for maintenance.- Please Note: The community amenities (such as the pool, hot tub, gym, etc.) are managed by the HOA and are not under our direct control. While we strive to keep you informed, we cannot guarantee their availability or condition during your stay, as maintenance or closures may occur without prior notice.
- The resort is currently remodeling the front of the building, so daytime construction noise is possible. While units are in use, the building may feel quieter on weekdays with fewer guests around. Thanks for your understanding.
Our team has prepared the property to ensure a worry-free vacation. Upon arrival, please report any concerns in writing that may affect your experience or review.
A member of our 24-hour response team will respond within 4 hours to address any issues to your satisfaction.
Departure Guidelines- Checkout is at 10 AM. Late checkouts during May–September cannot be accommodated due to back-to-back bookings. Fees may apply for late departures not pre-arranged.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 25 or older to book. Valid ID matching the reservation name is required. Failure to comply may result in cancellation with no refund.
- Review Requirement:
Guests with limited or low reviews may require further verification. Non-compliance with house rules may forfeit the ability to leave a public review.
We recommend travel insurance to protect your booking, as our cancellation policies remain firm.
Maintenance & Liability
By booking this home, you agree to our house rules. Guests are responsible for personal injuries during their stay and any items left behind. Guests also allow entry for maintenance with 12 hours' notice.
