Important House Rules To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful stay for all our guests and neighbors, we require that you read and agree to the following rules. Guests & Visitors Registered Guests Only: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to be on the property. We do not allow any visitors or unregistered guests without prior written approval. Quiet Hours: To respect our neighbors, please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise should be kept to a minimum during this time. No fireworks are allowed! Health & Safety No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. You may smoke on the back patio, but please dispose of all butts properly. Electrical Panel: For your safety, do not open or tamper with the electrical panel under any circumstances. Pet Policy We are pet-friendly! However, to keep the home in great condition, we ask that you follow these rules: Pets are not allowed on any furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, etc.). Please pick up after your pet immediately. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or soiling caused by their pets. Additional cleaning or repair fees will be charged as necessary. Security & Access Security Cameras: For your safety and security, the property is monitored by exterior-only security cameras (e.g., front door, driveway). There are absolutely no cameras in any private, interior spaces. Right of Entry: We reserve the right to enter the property at any time for necessary repairs or maintenance, though we will attempt to provide advance notice whenever possible. Fees & Rule Violations Late Check-Out Fee: An unauthorized late check-out fee of $100 per hour (or portion thereof) will be charged, as this directly impacts our cleaning schedule. General Rule Violation: Violation of any house rules may result in immediate eviction without a refund. By booking this property, you agree to all of the house rules listed above.
