Guests have access to the entire home and grounds, including the pool, hot tub, sauna, fireplace, and playground.
The optional loft bedroom is not included with the standard reservation. Guests who would like access to the loft bedroom must request it before arrival and pay the applicable add-on fee.
Access to Emerald Lakes amenities is available for an additional fee.

Important House Rules & Guest Information
- Minimum age to book: 25
- No smoking. A $250 fine applies for violations.
- No parties or events.
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Check-in & Check-out
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available if there are no same-day bookings. Please message us to inquire.
- Keyless entry. Your unique access code will be provided before arrival.
- Security cameras monitor the exterior and check-in areas only.
- Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct number of guests and pets (maximum of two pets).
Pet Rules
- Maximum of two pets.
- Pets must be included in the reservation.
- Do not leave pets unattended outside.
- Clean up after your pets inside and outside the home.
- Pets must remain on a leash in all community areas.
Fire Pit & Pellet Stove
Wood and supplies are not provided but can be arranged upon request.
Hot Tub Rules
- Please refer to the guidebook for operating instructions.
- Do not add oils, soaps, bubbles, or any liquids. A $250 fee applies if rebalancing is required.
- Rinse off before entering.
- Enter and exit carefully.
- No jumping or diving.
- No glass in or around the hot tub.
- Elderly guests and pregnant individuals should consult a physician before use.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Leave the temperature between 96–100°F, turn the jets off, and replace the cover when finished.
- Bath towels are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring additional towels for hot tub use.
Community Amenities
Emerald Lakes amenity passes are available for purchase:
- 1-day pass: $20
- 2 consecutive days: $25
- 3 days: $30
- 4 days: $35
Passes can be purchased at the pool/community center or the administration office located at 1112 Glade Dr S, Long Pond, PA.
Parking
The driveway accommodates up to five vehicles.
Laundry
A washer and dryer are available. Basic supplies may be left by previous guests, but guests should bring any laundry essentials they may need.
Optional Loft Bedroom
The loft bedroom is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee and is not included with the standard reservation. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like access so we can prepare it for your stay.
