• Rules

  In our commitment to provide a comfortable and respectful stay for all guests, we have established the following rules: - No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the flat in order to maintain a healthy environment. - No Pets or Parties: Out of respect for the neighbours and the environment, no pets are allowed and no parties or events are permitted. - Quiet Hours: Please keep the volume down after 23:00 hours to ensure everyone's rest. - Check-in and Check-out: Check-in from 16:00 and check-out before 11:00. - Care of Space: Treat the flat with respect and care, as if it were your own home. - In our commitment to respect local rules, we inform you that the recommended time to take out the rubbish is from 20:00h to 23:00h, according to the municipal regulations of Madrid. When you confirm your reservation, we will provide you with more information about the collection point and other details for proper waste management. • Access

  Guests will have full access to all areas of the flat. They will be able to enjoy the two bedrooms, the spacious and bright living room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, as well as the modern bathroom. In addition, you will be able to make use of all the appliances and utensils available, creating a comfortable and functional environment for your stay. Each space is designed to provide comfort and guarantee a cosy and relaxing experience.

  If you need assistance during your stay, I will be available to help you. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive my mobile number so you can contact me directly by phone.
