  The house is located in the centre of Morata de Tajuña, a municipality just 27 km from Madrid city centre. Situated on a quiet street in the heart of the town, close to shops. Next to renowned pastry shops known for their chocolate palmiers. Nearby tourist destinations include the town of Chinchón, the Warner Bros amusement park, and leisure areas, as well as shopping centres in Rivas-Vaciamadrid (a 15-minute drive away).
