  Property rules We want you to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay, so we ask you to take into account the following rules: Check-in: From 16:00 onwards Check-out: Until 11:00 Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation No parties or events are allowed Pets are not allowed, except by prior arrangement Occupancy and visitors The reservation is valid only for the number of guests indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to invite additional guests without prior authorisation. Cleanliness and care Please treat the flat with the same respect as you would your own home. If any damage occurs, please report it as soon as possible so that it can be dealt with properly. Do not leave rubbish or food waste outdoors to avoid attracting insects. Communal swimming pool Respect the timetables and rules for the use of the swimming pool established by the community. It is not permitted to use the pool outside the authorised hours or to make excessive noise. Security Make sure you lock doors and windows when you leave the accommodation. Do not leave the keys in the interior lock, as they could block access from the outside.

  Guests will have exclusive access to all private areas of the flat, including: The master bedroom The living-dining room, with a sofa bed The fully equipped kitchen The full bathroom and additional toilet The 18m² private terrace, perfect for dining or relaxing outside The 6 m² private garden, ideal for a quiet moment of relaxation You will also have free access to the communal swimming pool, shared with the other residents of the complex. The entire space is prepared exclusively for our guests, guaranteeing privacy and comfort throughout your stay.
