  In our efforts to ensure a unique and pleasurable experience for all our guests, as well as to preserve the quality and ambience of our property, we have established some essential rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation: No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours. Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 5 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to be able to properly welcome the next guests. Property Care: This chalet is a home full of love and dedication. We ask you to treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for future guests. By following these simple rules, we all contribute to creating a memorable and respectful experience for each person who visits us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

• Access

  As guests of the Fee4Me flat in Los Alcazares, you will have full access to all areas of the accommodation, including two cosy bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious terrace with barbecue for alfresco dining and relax by the communal pool. All this just a few steps from the beach.
