• Rules

  In our efforts to ensure a unique and pleasant experience for all our guests, as well as to preserve the quality and ambience of our property, we have established some essential rules. We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation: No Smoking: To ensure a healthy and pleasant environment for all, smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Pets and Parties: In order to maintain peace and order, no pets, parties, or noise disturbing the peace after 23:00 hours. Maximum Capacity: For comfort and safety, the maximum occupancy of the property is 4 persons. Please respect this limit to ensure a pleasant stay for all. Check-in and Check-out times: Check-in can take place from 4:00 pm, allowing our team to prepare the house to perfection for your arrival. Check-out must be before 11:00 am, in order to be able to properly welcome the next guests. Property Care: This house is a home full of love and dedication. We ask that you treat every corner with the same respect and care as if it were your own, thus contributing to the preservation of a welcoming and pleasant environment for future guests. By following these simple rules, we all contribute to creating a memorable and respectful experience for each person who visits us. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

  Located in the quiet municipality of Rojales, our home combines the serenity of a private retreat with the convenience of being just 13 minutes' drive from the beach and 35 minutes' drive from the vibrant centre of Alicante. Within walking distance, you'll find local attractions such as the AquaPark and the Rodeo Caves, as well as free public parking and easy access to public transport, making exploring the surrounding area simple and effortless.

• Access

  You will have exclusive access to the entire property, including our private swimming pool, where days are spent cooling off and relaxing in the sun. The house is equipped with all modern comforts, from air conditioning to Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring that every moment of your stay is comfortable and convenient. The terraces offer private spaces to enjoy the outdoors, whether it's dining under the stars or simply relaxing with a book.

• Transit

  Exploring Rojales and its surroundings is easy, thanks to the connection of the different roads that will take you easily to the towns and villages nearby such as Alicante or Torrevieja, and also the whole area of the Costa Blanca which is only 15 minutes from the house.

• Neighborhood

  Rojales is a little haven of tranquillity, where life flows to the gentle rhythm of the Mediterranean countryside. Here, the community is warm and welcoming, and the natural surroundings provide a stunning backdrop to your stay.
