Thanks to its excellent location, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with the advantage of being able to reach the village also on foot. Just 50 metres from the villa is another small villa for 5 persons, with a private pool, which can also be rented. At guests' disposal is a private swimming pool (4x9, "infinity type", open from May to October) situated in an amazing panoramic position with a view over the Val di Chiana and the beautiful church of Santa Maria Nuova. Also available to guests are a barbecue area, parking, laundry and dryer (on request), breakfast, dinner, cooking classes and wine/olive oil tasting. The villa can accommodate up to 8/10 people (possibility of 2 extra beds) and is very well furnished and equipped (air conditioning, satellite TV, wi-fi internet, CD/DVD player, safe). Basement: large living room with fireplace and bathroom with WC. Ground floor: kitchen (very well equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, etc.), dining room and two double bedrooms with panoramic views. One room has a private bathroom with hydromassage shower, while the other room has a bathroom with bathtub, Turkish bath and shower. First floor: two beautiful double rooms with enchanting panoramic views. Each room has a private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. Hairdryer in each bathroom. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Cortona is only a few minutes' walk away (restaurants, shops, museums, etc.).
