The main level bedroom offers two queen beds and a private ensuite bathroom with a vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo. For added privacy, a separate mother-in-law suite is located just outside and down a set of stairs. This private space includes two queen beds, a kitchenette with coffee bar, mini fridge, and microwave, a full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and its own private deck with a firepit—an ideal retreat for extended family or couples traveling together. The home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and is pet friendly with prior approval, because lake memories are better when everyone comes along. Located in Margaritaville Tan-Tar-A Estates, guests are just minutes from Margaritaville restaurants, bars, pools, golf, and entertainment—while still enjoying the peaceful privacy of a wooded lodge-style setting. Lake life on. Important House Notes & Policies • Pet Friendly (Case-by-Case Basis): Dogs under 25 lbs only with prior approval. If approved, an additional pet fee of $25 per day applies. • No Parties: This is a quiet, residential community. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. • Age Requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old, and all guests must be registered. • No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and on decks. • Parking Restrictions: No boat, trailer, street, or overflow parking permitted.

• Access

  Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all indoor living spaces, decks, and the separate mother-in-law suite during their stay. Prior to arrival, you’ll receive detailed self check-in instructions, including access codes and entry information, so you can arrive at your convenience. Check-in is simple and seamless—no keys to pick up and no waiting required. Parking is provided in the designated parking areas only. Please note that street parking, boat parking, and trailer parking are not permitted in this community. Once inside, the home is yours to enjoy.   A personal vehicle is recommended for getting around Lake of the Ozarks and the Osage Beach area. While many attractions, restaurants, and resort amenities are nearby, the lake community is spread out and best explored by car or boat. Guests are just minutes from Margaritaville Lake of the Ozarks, Osage Beach shopping, dining, grocery stores, and popular lakefront restaurants and bars. Ride-share services are limited and not always reliable in this area, so planning your own transportation is encouraged. Boat access to nearby restaurants and marinas is available throughout the lake, but please note that this property does not offer boat, trailer, or street parking. Whether you’re heading out for a day of lake fun or an evening of dining and entertainment, this central Osage Beach location makes getting around easy and convenient.
