This is a shared-property setup, so please be respectful of other guests, tenants, and neighbors. No parties or events are allowed. Smaller quiet gatherings are okay as long as they remain respectful and do not disturb others.
No smoking of any kind inside the home 🚭. This includes cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, and e-cigarettes.
Exterior security cameras are located at the front of the property and record audio and video. There are no interior cameras.
