About this property

Spacious 100 sqm flat on the ground floor of the house, with French windows facing south, east and north. The garden is shaded by chestnut trees and overlooks the communal swimming pool. It also has 2 private gazebos with awnings and curtains that provide a pleasant outdoor relaxation area and a barbecue for your outdoor dinners. The entrance is south-facing and barrier-free. The bathroom is wheelchair accessible. The garden leads to a large living room with two satellite TVs and two sofas that can be converted into two double beds or four single beds. There are two fully equipped kitchen areas (gas cooker and cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine), a table for 10 persons and a fireplace. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a cot. Both rooms have a private bathroom with shower. The flat is very well furnished and equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and mosquito nets. The flat is very well equipped and has Wi-Fi and central heating.
The holiday house with a garden of 2000 square metres is surrounded by a chestnut forest and is only 800 metres from the village, and consists of three holiday flats. Situated 500 metres above sea level, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The house is luxurious and recently renovated. The floors are light-coloured and of the same quality and colour throughout the house, as are the tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. The exterior of the house is well maintained and takes into account the surroundings.
There is a swimming pool (12x6 m, open from April to October).
In Marina di Castagneto our guests have access to a Maremma pine forest (with changing room, toilets, water, deckchairs and parasols) and access to a free beach.
The medieval village of Sassetta is situated on the hills of the Costa degli Etruschi, in a very green area from which you can enjoy amazing views of the woods and the sea. From here you can make excursions to some beautiful villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as visit the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
