Look for this quiet, cosy and spacious holiday flat (76 sqm) for up to 4 people in Holtriemerland - "The pearl in front of the North Sea beach"! The flat is centrally located in the heart of East Frisia in Nenndorf (joint municipality of Holtriem) near Westerholt. From here you can reach many places worth seeing in a quarter of an hour by car, e.g.: Aurich 17 km Bensersiel 17 km Dornum 8 km, Dornumersiel 13 km Esens 15 km Hage 6 km Neßmersiel 16 km Norden 17 km, Norddeich 18 km. In the neighbouring village of Westerholt all the important shops (Aldi, LIDL, EDEKA) are 1 km away, there is also a pharmacy, doctors, an ice cream parlour, savings bank, Volksbank, OLB and various other smaller shops and localities. The holiday apartment is integrated into a disused East Frisian farmhouse and is located on the ground floor of the residential building (front part). It is secluded on the large property (>3,000 square metres), which is surrounded by mature trees. In the neighbourhood there is a restaurant, several large ponds for fishing, the "Eternal Sea" (nature reserve worth seeing) and a restored gallery Dutchman. The flat has 2 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, garden/lawn, storage room, separate WC and a large bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and bathtub. The flat has a separate entrance. It was renovated in 2005. The kitchen includes a kitchenette with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
