There are two sets of sliding doors off the living area that open onto the balcony which features a gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs. The screened in balcony has been updated with new furniture, string lights for those cozy nights, and a flat screen TV. Off the screened in area is a brand new gas grill with additional seating.

The master suite features a king size adjustable bed, a new electric fireplace, dresser, nightstands, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached master bath with a shower/tub combo and single vanity sink.

The second bedroom features a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and flat screen TV. There is an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a single vanity sink.
