Tucked away on Lookout Mountain, The Great Escape is your private cabin getaway in Mentone, Alabama. With inviting indoor spaces and peaceful outdoor areas, this home is designed for laid-back mornings, cozy evenings, and everything in between.

Relax on the sofa with WiFi and a SmartTV (HiSense), or enjoy a movie night with the stocked DVD collection. The electric fireplace adds a warm glow on cool mountain evenings.

The full kitchen features a stainless steel electric stove/oven, microwave, fridge with ice maker, tea kettle, and Keurig (K-cups and tea provided). You’ll find cookware, dishware, salt, pepper, and olive oil ready for easy meals at home.
➤ Master Bedroom
The bedroom includes a queen bed with quilt and linens, four standard pillows, AC, ceiling fan, small dresser, mirror, and closet with hangers for your stay.
➤ Bathroom
The bathroom offers a shower with built-in bench and curtain. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, along with two towels and two washcloths per stay. Two rolls of toilet paper are included.
➤ Laundry Area
A combo washer/dryer is available for guest use, with two laundry pods provided per stay.

Enjoy the covered front porch or unwind on the back porch featuring a large sectional, umbrella, outdoor sofa, and charcoal grill (charcoal not provided). The front yard includes a wood-burning fire pit (wood not provided). The gated driveway offers parking for two vehicles right at the home.

Most cars can easily access the home and nearby attractions. There is no public transportation in the area, so having your own vehicle or renting one is recommended.

➤ Parking: There is a gated driveway with 2 car parking spot in front of the home.
➤ Early check-in and late checkout may be available but are not guaranteed.
