Welcome to Grinmore Lakehouse! We’re so happy to host you. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for you, our neighbors, and future guests, please take a moment to read through the house rules below. 🕓 Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM sharp Please read the digital guide we send you before check-in to familiarize yourself with the property, amenities, and safety procedures. 🏡 General Guidelines Treat the home with care: Please respect the space and furnishings as if they were your own. No smoking indoors: Smoking inside the cabin may result in a $1,000 fine. No shoes inside: Help us keep the space clean by removing your shoes indoors. No pets allowed unless previously authorized. 🔇 Noise & Respect for Neighbors Quiet hours start at 9 PM, and no loud or excessive noise after 11 PM. Outdoor music, yelling, or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time. Violations may result in a fine or forfeiture of your security deposit. Outdoor security cameras are in place for your safety 👥 Guests & Gatherings Maximum of 4 guests included in your booking. Up to 6 guests total is permitted with an extra charge of $25/night per person. No parties or unregistered guests. No more than 4 vehicles on the property at any time. 🔒 Safety & Security Lock all doors and windows when leaving. Familiarize yourself with the fire extinguisher and emergency exits. Do not drive vehicles, ATVs, or trucks into the backyard without prior permission. No daytime burning is allowed, per Township regulations. No fireworks are permitted at any time. 🌊 Outdoor Use Life jackets are mandatory when using paddle boards, kayaks, or boats. Campfires must be fully extinguished before bed or when leaving the property. Please keep outdoor spaces tidy and respect noise levels, especially by the lake and firepit. 🧹 Cleaning & Garbage Do not pour oil, coffee grounds, or food down the sink. Only toilet paper in the toilet — no paper towels, feminine products, or other materials. Do not leave garbage outside — it attracts wildlife. Place all garbage in the bins provided. Please wash your dishes before leaving. Try to leave the cottage as you found it. Garbage Policy: 2 bags of garbage are included. Additional bags (up to 5 total) are $10 each. More than 5 bags will incur a $150 flat fee. ⚠️ Important Failure to follow these rules may result in a $150 fine, loss of your security deposit, or early termination of your stay.
