The upstairs living area is a warm, inviting space with a couch, recliner, and accent chair. Sliding glass doors open fully to blend the indoors with the surrounding trees and views.

Bedroom 1
Bedroom one is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstand, and an oversized roll-in shower and a modern vanity within the space for convenience and accessibility.
Bedroom 2
Bedroom two is located on the main floor and features a king-sized bed, nightstand, and large windows with forest views. This unique space includes an open-concept bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity sink located inside the bedroom.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a bright, airy space with vaulted ceilings and large windows. Furnished with three twin beds,flat screen TV, nightstands, and an attached bathroom with a single vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 4
The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 5
The fifth bedroom is located on the lower level and features a queen-sized bed, nightstands, and a flat screen TV.

The fourth bedroom features a single vanity sink and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs Living Area

Outside on the upper balcony you will find a bar height table with seating for four, a conversation set, and a gas grill. Down on the lower balcony there is plenty of seating, a table with seating for four and a cozy hot tub private hot tub.

This home is located in a prime location in Camdenton, just 2 miles to Ha Ha Tonka State Park and only miles from the “whistle” on the big Niangua where you can put in and float back to the property. Enjoy that secluded feeling of being in nature while only being a 30-minute drive to Osage Beach and the famous Bagnell Dam Strip.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
