This lakeview condo offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and resort-style amenities — all just minutes from the area’s best restaurants, shops, and attractions. Step inside this beautifully maintained single-level 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (note one flight of stairs down is required to access our condo) and enjoy the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area designed for gathering and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, while the spacious dining area and cozy living room (with Smart TV and WiFi) make it easy to unwind after a day on the lake. Walk out onto your private lakeview deck for coffee, cocktails, or simply soaking in the panoramic views of the Lake of the Ozarks — especially at sunset! The master suite features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and beautiful lake views right from your bed. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two full-size beds, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for guest use. Guests also have access to Harbour Towne’s outdoor seasonal pools, tennis courts, and private parking. The community is well-maintained, peaceful, and close to everything you love about Lake Ozark — from Bagnell Dam Strip to local marinas, dining, and nightlife. 🐾 Pet Policy: Pets under 25 pounds are welcome with prior approval, a signed pet agreement, and registration before arrival. An additional daily pet fee applies. Failure to disclose a pet will result in a $500 fine and possible termination of the rental with no refund. ⚠️ House Rules: Minimum rental age: 25 years old (verifiable ID required). Maximum occupancy: 8 guests; all must be registered prior to arrival. Strict no-party policy. Violations may result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Quiet hours: 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the property. A $750 fine will be charged for violations. The condo is easily accessible—just one flight of stairs down from the parking area to your front door.   Harbour Towne Condominiums are conveniently located in Lake Ozark, Missouri, just minutes from Highway 54 and the Bagnell Dam Strip, making it easy to reach by car.
