The cottage is located in a beautiful spot near pine forests, so you can enjoy a peaceful environment and beautiful views. Nearby Ruka is a skier's dream destination, Oulanka National Park offers stunning hiking opportunities, and in winter, nearby skiing trails are at your disposal.
The cottage is suitable for families and groups of friends, and can accommodate up to six people.
Located 10 km north of Kuusamo and 18 km from Ruka. Oivankijärvi lake is 50 meters away, with a sandy bottom and a rapidly deepening beach, and a rowing boat is available.
Harjula is a traditional log cabin built in 1986. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and 1 single bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and 1 single bed. In addition, there is a combined living room and kitchen, two toilets, and an electric sauna.
Steep descent to the beach, wooden, safe stairs lead there, which are available for guests to use.
The beach has a sandy bottom (soft at deeper levels), quickly deepens and is not suitable for very small children.

There is a barbecue hut on the beach that is shared with the neighboring cottage Mäntylä (not in winter use).
