Welcome to the Harry Potter House at Regal Palms Resort!
Each of our 4 bedrooms represents a Hogwarts house—Slytherin, Ravenclaw, Gryffindor, and Hufflepuff. Every room has a fireplace, TV, bathrobes, and nostalgic decor. Choosing a room will be the hardest part!
The resort features a pool, lazy river, water slide, playgrounds, hot tubs, restaurant, gym, tiki bar, and more!
It’s 45 minutes to Universal, 20 minutes to Disney, and an hour from MCO airport (times may vary with traffic).
The Space
Step inside Platform 9 3/4 (the front door) to find the Slytherin-themed bedroom on the ground floor. The green and silver decor, snakes, and elegant dungeon-like ambiance await you.
The living area and kitchen are styled like the Leaky Cauldron, complete with modern amenities and Harry Potter-themed family games in the pantry. Under the stairs, you'll find Harry’s cupboard, filled with toys and a small cot bed.
As you ascend the stairs, spot Dumbledore’s paintings, Dobby, the sorting hat, and the Tri-Wizard Tournament egg. Each bedroom door is custom-made to reflect its house: Slytherin's dungeon door, Ravenclaw's elegant arched door with a riddle, Hufflepuff's secret barrel entrance, and Gryffindor's painting of the fat lady.
The Gryffindor bedroom, perfect for kids, features Harry Potter toys, books, a TV, and a snitch nightlight. The Hufflepuff room, the coziest, has a yellow velvet queen bed, vine lights, and a fireplace with magical plants.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and all resort amenities.
The parking is ideally suited for up to two cars but can accommodate up to 3 medium-sized vehicles (very tight squeeze). Please note that street parking is prohibited and towing is enforced by the HOA.

Pet Policy
We are pet-friendly! The HOA allows up to 2 non-aggressive pets per stay. A one-time pet fee is required at booking. Pets must be kenneled when unattended, kept off all furniture, and leashed outside. Please clean up after potty breaks immediately. A $150 fee applies for any pet damage or if these rules aren’t followed.
Check-In, Checkout & Schedule Requests
Standard check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late checkout must be requested and purchased at least 24 hours in advance through the boarding pass link sent after booking. Approval is based on availability and is not guaranteed. If late checkout is not arranged in advance, a $25 fee will be charged for every 30 minutes past 10:00 a.m.
$100 Incidental Deposit
Regal Palms Resort requires a refundable $100 incidental deposit at check-in. This deposit is separate from the resort fees, which we cover on your behalf, and is managed entirely by the resort. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided all wristbands are returned and no damage occurs to resort amenities.
Parking and Vehicle Rules
The driveway accommodates a maximum of 3 mid-sized or smaller vehicles. Please note that 3 large vehicles (such as minivans, SUVs, or trucks) will not fit together. If your vehicles do not fit entirely within the driveway boundaries, they must be moved to the Clubhouse lot for a fee of $10.70 per night.
To fit 3 cars, you must park two side-by-side at the top of the driveway and the third car sideways (perpendicularly) behind them. No part of the vehicle can hang over the curb into the street or touch the grass.
RVs, camper vans, buses, moving trucks, and trailers are not permitted at the townhome. These must be registered at the front desk for a fee of $10.70 per night ($10 + tax) and parked in the Clubhouse parking lot.
The Resort HOA is strict. Parking passes must be displayed on your dashboard at all times, especially overnight. Failure to display a pass, parking on the grass, or parking in the street will result in fines from the HOA. Vehicles left parked illegally for extended periods are subject to being towed at the owner's expense.
Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
