Welcome to Harry's Hangout! Our Hogwarts-themed condo is a haven ideally suited for couples while also accommodating small groups. Immerse yourself in wizarding wonders with wizard's chess, a Leaky Cauldron inspired kitchen, nostalgic decor, and custom bathroom and doors throughout. Step into the wizarding world and leave the muggles behind.
If avoiding tolls, it's approximately 40 minutes to Universal, 15 minutes to Disney, and 1 hour from MCO airport (travel times may vary due to traffic).
The Space
Harry's Hangout is a delight for Potterheads. The main living area features a cozy couch and a 75" Roku TV preset to guest mode for seamless streaming.
The dining area boasts Gryffindor red black-out curtains and refurbished chairs, perfect for a magical feast.
The kitchen area offers additional seating with bar stools, inspired by the Leaky Cauldron.
The Headmaster's quarters offer a luxurious retreat with a California King bed, Roku TV, fireplace, walk-in closet, and a custom-built bathroom.
We'll keep some surprises in store for your visit!
Conveniently located on the first floor in the Legacy Dunes community, Harry's Hangout offers an infinity pool with cabanas for relaxation, along with a fitness center, basketball court, tennis court, and playground for more active pursuits.
Guest Access
Guests enjoy full access to the entire community and unit.
Other Things to Note
We're also pet-friendly! Bring along your furry friends; just ensure they are well-behaved and adhere to house rules. Please keep your pets off the furniture and kenneled when you're away. Additionally, we ask that pets be kept on a leash outside and that potty breaks are cleaned up immediately.
IMPORTANT COMMUNITY TRASH POLICY
To keep our community pest-free, Legacy Dunes enforces strict trash rules. Valet service is provided Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday mornings only. There is NO service on Wednesday or Sunday. Trash must be placed in your assigned bench only on the MORNING of service by 7:30 AM. Do not put trash out the evening before, as this attracts raccoons. All trash must be securely bagged in 13-gallon kitchen bags with no loose items or liquids, and the bench lid must be latched and locked. Failure to follow these rules—including leaving the bench unlocked or putting trash out at the wrong time—results in a $50 HOA maintenance fee plus a $25 administrative fee. If you miss the pickup window, please take your trash to the community compactor to avoid fines.
Security Cameras
For the safety and security of our guests and property, this home is equipped with an exterior video doorbell camera located at the main entrance. The camera records video and audio of the exterior entry area only. There are no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor spaces. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or disconnecting the camera is prohibited.
Lastly, please note our checkout time is 10:00 a.m., with a $25 penalty for every 30-minute extension unless a late checkout is arranged.
