It is situated on the ground floor facing South, with views of the Wetterhorn mountain range. In front of the apartment, a small seating area is furnished with garden chairs. Slightly uphill at the side of the house, a terrace with barbecue facilities can jointly be used by house residents. The village shop and restaurants are close-by, the playground can be reached within 5 minutes walking distance. A reserved parking space is located at the carpenter's workshop Von Bergen, in approx. 150 m distance. However, for loading and unloading you can drive right up to the apartment's entrance door.
