CANCELLATIONS The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.
RENTER'S AGREEMENT A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.
DEPOSIT We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
POOL HEATING $20 per day
PET FEE $100 pet fee per pet (please ask if interested, 2 pet maximum).
NO PARTIES & QUIET HOURS We ask that you please keep in mind that this is a residential area and there is a 10 pm noise ordinance at this residence. Please no added guests which are not already approved on the reservation. No Parties Allowed and No Smoking Allowed.
