    HOUSE RULES OVERNIGHT OCCUPANCY: Maximum of 15 guests. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM - 8 AM. Outside of quiet hours, noise should remain under 75 dB. NO SMOKING: Smoking of any substance is strictly prohibited inside the home. PETS: One house-trained dog is welcome for an additional $75 fee. Dogs must be crated inside or kept within the fenced area when unattended. Please clean up after pets in the yard. EV CHARGING: Available upon request with at least 24 hours' notice. $50 fee per vehicle. POOL HEATING: Available for $75 on the first day and $50 for each additional day (target temperature: 85°F-90°F). TRUCKS, TRAILERS, & RVs: Plugging into the property’s power requires prior permission and 24 hours' notice. $50 per day fee. NEIGHBORS: This house does not have a boat house or fishing pier. Stay off the neighbors property. GRASS: Please keep cars/trucks off the grass. The driveway is long and wide so there is no need to drive on the grass. PEST CONTROL: applied weekly during the spring, summer, and fall. However, since the property is located near the river and woods, insects may occasionally (but not often) be seen. A/C & HEATING SETTINGS: Common area A/C minimum setpoint: 75°F. Common area heating maximum setpoint: 75°F. Bedroom A/C should remain above 70°F. Bedroom heating should stay below 80°F.
