Heavenly Pointe's lake-inspired blues and creams throughout the penthouse remind you of warm pebbles and crystal blue waters that are right outside the windows and a joyful walk down the path to the lakeshore.
Accessible for all ages and abilities, access the 4th floor penthouse by a spacious elevator that leads directly to the front door. Roll right into the main level and your relaxation time.
Drop your luggage and head straight out onto the private covered balcony that overlooks a stunning panoramic view of Table Rock Lake. You'll want to settle in with an Adirondack rocker, a pub table and chairs, plus an outdoor TV for your favorite playlist (we suggest the Branson Family Retreats Road Trip on Spotify) or those can't-miss sports games.
Whether bonding over board games, whipping up a feast, or savoring a quiet moment, the open-concept great room / dining area / kitchen is a versatile space for guests to be together, or do their own thing.
The fully equipped kitchen has all your cooking tools for your family meals, as well as a coffee bar with several ways to make your coffee: choose drip, Keurig, or French press.
The sunroom offers a peaceful view of Table Rock Lake and is the perfect space for playing games or enjoying a warm cup of coffee. Sit at the table with your morning bowl of cereal or a game of Monopoly, and the lounge couch is calling your name for an afternoon nap.
The 3 bedroom suites on the main level are thoughtfully designed with luxurious king size beds and private en suite bathrooms, each with a walk-in shower and one with a handheld shower head.
The upstairs fourth bedroom has two XL twin day beds with two XL twin trundles, making it a great space for the cousins or siblings to have their own space together. The fourth bathroom is upstairs and has a tub/shower combo.
A pack n play, highchair, and stroller are provided so you can pack less for your babies and toddlers, saving more room in the car for take home souvenirs.
If pet allergies are a concern, this penthouse is for you. The homeowner is highly allergic, so Heavenly Pointe maintains a strict no pet policy. (If you are looking to bring a pet with you, Branson Family Retreats has many other pet-friendly homes to choose from.)

🐶 This is NOT a pet friendly home, please see our other homes if you would like to bring your pet.
💳 Credit card must be on file in case of damages. We will send you an email to authorize a $1 hold after your booking is confirmed. This hold begins 3 days before your arrival and is released 3 days after departure if there is no damage, no excessive cleaning needed, and no house rules are broken.
🚗 Drivers license will be required with our signed guest agreement after you book, along with a selfie holding your photo ID
🆔 We will perform a Guest ID verification securely through our payment processor after you book. The main purpose is to make sure no one has stolen your credit card and used it without your permission.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You can purchase travel insurance for your reservation! The standard policy covers quite a few reasons for cancellation and applies to your whole traveling group.
Note that all new reservations have the option of purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason insurance policy besides the standard travel insurance policy. You can purchase this when you make your reservation with us, and the insurance is automatically connected to your stay.
OUR NEIGHBORHOOD
Right up the road from Moonshine Beach and no more than 15-20 minutes from practically anywhere else you want to go in the Branson area, this penthouse condo is the perfect base to chill out at during your vacation.
Our community of the Majestic is right off Hwy. 265, giving you easy access to the traffic relief routes to move about the Branson area easily.
SWIMMING POOL and PATH to the LAKE
There is an outdoor swimming pool that you will have access to during your stay. The pool is open approximately Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day and is operated by the Majestic.
The path to a quiet cove on Table Rock Lake is below the buildings. Take your fishing pole and floats for a chill afternoon in the water.
For your boats, Moonshine Beach has a public boat ramp as well as across the dam at Table Rock State Park and State Park Marina. The Dewey Short Center at the dam also has a courtesy dock for boats.
