Rent your very own private helicopter that picks up/drops off right on our property's very own helipad through our exclusive partnership with Lake Superior Helicopters!

- 🐴 ON-SITE HORSE EXPERIENCE ($300/hr)
Our barn neighbors a private horse farm and the owner offers our guests exclusive access to tour the farm and interact with the horses and donkeys!
The experience is $300/hr with up to 4 people at a time. An adult must be part of the group of 4, but otherwise you can swap out who is in the group and take turns so everyone can see the horses.
The owner of the farm needs a 2 week+ advance notice if you'd like to reserve time with her and the experience is subject to her availability.
Note our property goes right up to the horse farm so the horses can still be viewed from our property's driveway for free, but petting the horses is only included as part of the paid experience.
💦HOT TUB:
If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there are no discounts or refunds.
Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape.
No diving in the hot tub. No glass in or near the hot tub. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee.
If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action.
🐶PETS:
• Dogs are allowed for an additional fee. No cats.
• Pets are not allowed on the furniture.
• Pets must be supervised at all times.
• Pets must be declared upon reservation.
You are responsible for picking up after your pet while on the property and while in the neighborhood. Please BE RESPECTFUL.
🚭SMOKING:
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside at any time. Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors, but please do not ash on furniture. There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
🚫PARTIES & EVENTS:
We DO NOT allow unauthorized parties, receptions, or events.
Local ordinances dictate no loud music, noise, or partying. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. No excuses.
If we receive any reports or notice that you are listening to music outside/being loud after 10PM, you will be charged a fine of $500 for breaking the quiet hours. Each occurrence of this will result in this fine.
By booking, you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $1,000 and will be subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
Please be respectful of our neighbors anytime outback. Inside the house, you are welcome to listen to music at normal levels and hang out. Please keep the doors closed when listening to music.
