Important house rules & info

  • Notes

When booking with Rent New England, we require you to sign a rental agreement. You will be asked to do this upon booking.

  • Access

There is a lift in the building with a step-free entrance. There is also a staircase to use in case of the elevator being out of order.

  • Transit

The best part about our unit at the Lodge at Lincoln Station is that everything is within walking distance! Right across the parking lot, you'll find a plaza with three fantastic restaurants for a meal or drink after a day of hiking, relaxing by the river, or skiing. The classic Common Man Restaurant is just across the main road, and further down is One Love Brewery, one of our favorites. In winter, a free shuttle picks up guests outside the lobby and takes them to Loon Mountain Lodge. You can store your skis in the unit's ski locker and keep your boots warm for the next day on the slopes!

  • Neighborhood

The main attraction of Lincoln, New Hampshire, is undoubtedly Loon Mountain, which offers great hiking and mountain biking in the summer and skiing and events in the winter. The town is great for gathering friends or grabbing a quick bite before hitting the mountain. Our top picks for the area - Santas' Village and StoryLand, 50 mins - Franconia Notch State Park - Kancamangus Highway is unforgettable and iconic! - Lost River Gorge
