Escape to the hills above Kvarner Bay! Set in a very quiet neighbourhood, this charming, detached house for 6 has a private pool and fenced garden. Guests can enjoy panoramic sea views and al fresco dining. It is the perfect retreat for friends or family of all ages.
The 2-storey house has been tastefully decorated both inside and out. The open-plan living/dining room looks out over the private pool. On the other side of the room, more glass doors lead out to the shaded terrace that offers stunning sea views. Back inside, the room is furnished with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a dining table for 6. The separate kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Guests can relax on the sun loungers next to the private pool. The terrace next to the living room can be used as an outside dining room. Alternatively, there is another shaded area above the pool which is an outside kitchen. This has been equipped with a BBQ, an induction plate, a small fridge and a sink, for easy meals. Guests will also enjoy picking their own herbs from the small herb garden.

All the bedrooms are on the 1st floor.
Bedroom 1: The stylish master bedroom is furnished with a king-size double bed and a chest of drawers. French windows open onto a balcony with magnificent views over the bay.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom also has a king size double bed, wardrobe and doors onto the balcony.
Bedroom 3: The cosy third bedroom has a double bed.

Location
The house is on the hillside above the lovely little resort town of Ičići (14 minutes). Ičići is known for its marina, beautiful beach and coastal promenade. Sporting enthusiasts will find plenty to do, including tennis, badminton, volleyball and watersports.
Up the coast is the charming town of Opatija (20 minutes). This has been a popular resort since the 19th Century and, like Ičići, it is home to many fine villas. Whilst Opatija’s market hall is a source of the best local fish and other produce.
Away from the coast, there are wonderful hiking trails in the nearby hills and for winter visitors, there is even the ski resort of Platak (1 hour), for a day on the slopes.
The city of Rijeka (35 mins) makes a fascinating day out. Croatia’s main port has plenty of interesting places to visit. For self-catering, the market (Monday to Saturday mornings) is worth a trip. Here you can find local produce to prepare and enjoy back home.
Rijeka International Airport is just 50 minutes away.
