    I had the best time with friends here! The stained glass window & breakfast nook was absolutely beautiful. Very tasteful decor & the beds were so comfy! Really appreciated the attention to detail for amenities- enough plates, cups etc for us to use & even recommended restaurants in the area! I would definitely come back to stay.

    Such a beautiful place and great proximity to the Main Streetā€¦ every detail of this place was well thought out and curated, canā€™t say enough good things about the space. Was perfect for our girls weekend, and we were able to have a good balance of enjoying the restaurants and shops close by and enjoying the Airbnb during our downtime. Would highly recommend this place and will definitely book it again!!

    The AirBnb was exactly as described with comfortable beds, great amenities and beautiful decor. We would highly recommend due to the walkable location (lots of great restaurants nearby) and would happily come stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    We had a fantastic 3 night stay. The house is beautifully decorated just like the pictures and spotless. Having a bedroom on the main floor was great for my parents so they didnā€™t have to do the stairs too much (except to shower). The living area is smaller for 4 adults and a child but still plenty of room and good use of space. The hot tub was a lovely and relaxing. My daughter loved the candy machine! So close to walk to restaurants and shops. Thanks again for the amazing spring getaway.

    Fantastic location, very trendy/cozy and well set up! The bedrooms were all great with nice beds and high quality linens. The bathroom was super nice and one of the best setup Iā€™ve seen. Everything else was so comfortable too. Only one issue we had is the 2 bedrooms upstairs didnā€™t have vents so they got hot at night while the main floor was cold.

    We had a great stay at Hotel Karydia! The location is right downtown Picton and walkable to restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and chic, however smaller than it appeared in the listing pictures. Very comfortable for a group of 3 but may be tight with more than 4/5 people. We loved the thoughtful and artful design elements, comfy beds, robes in each room, and the complimentary bottle of wine! The backyard was also nice to unwind with a glass of wine. It was the perfect place for our girls trip to the County!

Important information

Unfortunately, we do not have a burn permit so fires are not permitted by The County. Please also do not light candles inside the home. No smoking or vaping of any kind is allowed on the premises. A $500 cleaning fee will apply. There is one remote for the TV and one remote for the fireplace. There will be a replacement charge of $300/remote if either is lost. You are welcome to use all the dishware in the kitchen cupboards. The house comes with 2 Sandbanks passes. Sandbanks' beaches fill up fast so if you are planning to go, reserve your space ahead of time and get there early! If passes are lost during your stay there will be a $75 replacement fee. If passes are accidentally taken home with you, please let us know and we'll provide you with a mailing address to send them back and avoid the $75 fee. If you're planning on visiting Sandbanks, please pack all necessary beach essentials. Please do not bring bath towels to the beach. Please note that our locally made Telford amenities are for use during your stay only. Products are available for purchase to take home if you wish. If by chance something does end up going home with you, you will be charged for a replacement. Early check-in/late check-out may be available, and availability will depend on our calendar. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate this for you. Our house is not suitable for toddlers or young children.
