The property is located in the peaceful village of Tanaunella, between the popular resorts of San Teodoro (a 17-minute drive) and Posada (a 10-minute drive. The village is known for its natural beauty, relaxed pace, and family-friendly beaches. The main beach, Spiaggia di Porto Ainu (a 5-minute drive / 25-minute walk), stretches along a picturesque coastline and features soft white sands and shallow waters. Other beaches within easy reach include Spiaggia di Budoni (a 6-minute drive) and La Cinta Beach (a 15-minute drive), perfect for sunbathing and water sports.
The neighbouring town of Budoni (a 5-minute drive) features a small marina and also offers a more relaxed, family-friendly alternative to some of Sardinia’s busier destinations.
