    Dear Airbnb Support, I am writing to raise serious concerns regarding our recent stay at the property on Brighton Road, Newcastle. We have received a message claiming that we caused damage to the property. I would like to clarify that the damages mentioned were already present before our check-in. We did not cause any new damage during our stay. Our experience at the property was also very uncomfortable due to multiple issues: The heater was not working, and the hot plate was also not functioning properly. As we are marine engineers, we managed to make it work temporarily by operating some relays in the switchboard, but these problems clearly existed prior to our arrival. Additionally, the property provided was not the one we originally booked in Chichester. Instead, the host gave us accommodation near Newcastle, which caused additional travel expenses and inconvenience. To make matters worse, during our stay, a local man entered the property in a drunken condition and stayed in
