  • Rules

    House Rules • Primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited. • No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. • No sticking tape on walls or pictures, and no confetti or glitter is allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. • Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. • Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max 1 dog • Please park only in designated spots and directly in front of home. Avoid blocking neighbors driveway. Max 3 cars. • Fire pit must be operated by responsible adults only. • No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. • Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund. • Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. • Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
