Location
The picture-perfect city of Lugano has everything you could possibly want for a relaxing holiday or a business trip. On the border of Switzerland and Italy, it is famous for its stunning location, rich cultural heritage and excellent restaurants and cafés. The city hosts many festivals throughout the year, including the “Luganomusica” festival every summer. MASI (the Museum of Art of Italian Switzerland) (20 minute walk) hosts regular contemporary art exhibitions.
Not to be missed is a day trip on the Lago Lugano. If you prefer to stay on land, take a stroll along Lugano’s famous waterfront, with breathtaking views over the lake. Then head to the heart of the city, Piazza della Riforma (22 mins walk) for a coffee or aperitivo in one of the many cafés that line the square.
For business travellers, the apartment is just an 11-minute walk from the Centro Esposizioni Lugano exhibition centre and an 18-minute walk from the Palazzo Dei Congressi Lugano.
