Dining and living room with dining set with 4 chairs, settee, small TV. Each room has one or more windows / balcony doors. The entire flat is surrounded by an L-shaped balcony (with table and chairs) and has its own underground car park. A personal contact person is available on site to welcome and look after guests and to check the condition of the flat on the day of departure. A deposit must be paid - which will be refunded on the day of departure if there are no complaints.overcrowding: there is a couch in the living room that can be used by a child on request.in November/early December the swimming pool is cleaned and is not available - please enquire for exact times.
