It is located in a quiet oasis near Makarska and in just 20 steps from the botanical garden Kotišina. My place is well known like bicycling and hiking destination. With it's rooftop heated pool and sundeck the house provides relaxation to please all your senses. You will be amazed by its environment and extraordinary views of the Adriatic sea and the nearby islands. Spend a splendid holiday surrounded by nature and stunning views, explore the mountain hiking or by bike, enjoy nightlife and the exceptional gastronomical offer in Makarska and the surrounding villages. Guest will have access to the beautiful stone yard and two terraces, one with a traditional stone grill and dining area. There is an outdoor summer kitchen and an outdoor cinema. The private swimming pool is heated and can be illuminated at night. It features breathtaking views of the sea and islands. There is parking for two cars. My stone villa is spacious enough for six persons. It features a living space of a generous 110 m², spread over three floors. The villa offers two bedrooms with a large double bed each, two modern bathrooms with showers, one separate guest toilet with a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and an open plan living room. The sofa in the living area can be folded out into another double bed for two more persons. All rooms are fully equipped (air -conditioning, smart Tv-Sat, free WiFi etc). Kotišina and its Botanical gardens are located on the coastal slopes of the mountain slope above the village Kotišina, at an altitude of 350-500 meters and is an integral part of Biokovo Nature Park. This is not a botanical garden in the classic sense, where each plant is brought by certain rules, but is designed as a "walled part of nature", which will retain the natural vegetation forms with its native flora.
